HydroPlant is blended specifically for complementing potting soils used to grow houseplants or indoor gardens. Watering will be reduced considerably because the hydrocrystals will store water for days longer in most situations. In combination with the hydrocrystals are natural minerals, which capture nutrients normally washed out with subsequent watering. HydroPlant is applied to the root system during transplantation by lightly sprinkling the crystals into the cavity before setting the root system in its container. Even a large plant (such as a mature Pathos in a 2 gallon container) will need no more than a tablespoon of crystals; a small plant apply no more than 1 level teaspoon.
