PKX™ is a scientific blend of organic materials and plant extracts formulated to promote turf root growth, improve foliage appearance, reduce plant stress, increase plant nutrient uptake, and reduce the number of root invading sting nematodes while improving and respecting our delicate environment.

PKX™ Benefits

Controls and Prevents Nematode Infestation - A natural organic formula which has been developed to control turfgrass nematodes, particularly directed to the control of sting nematodes which are the most damaging to warm weather turfgrass. Once absorbed the product is then extracted from the plant by the root sucking nematodes. The theory is that the nematode eats itself to death. The product also tends to extract moisture from the nematode causing death. Reports indicate damaging nematode counts have been reduced within one week of application. Provides for rapid recovery of plant damage due to stress as a result of nematode infection.

PKX™ will not damage the environment, it is not detrimental to beneficial living organisms in the soil. Will not harm fish or animals.

Beneficial trichoderma fungi prevents the formation of damaging soil pathogens and pathogenic fungi.

Protects turf against the formation of Fairy Ring found primarily on sports fields, golf course greens, tees, and fairways.

Increases microbial activity to sustain plant health and growth. Increases plant root mass and foliage.

Programmed use of PKX™ will improve plant tolerance to soil drought, and reduces the incidence or severity of turf diseases improving overall plant health, growth, and color while reducing the use of fertilizers, pesticides, and watering.

Application

PKX™ should be injected directly into the root zone using the specialized injection technology by SGI™. The product is designed for rapid uptake by the turf roots and provides substances that assist with the absorption process by the infestation stressed plants.
